This policy applies to the JAM ON EVENTS website at jamonevents.com and to the JAM ON EVENTS app for iPhone and iPad.
JAM ON EVENTS is operated by JAM ON DJ PRODUCTIONS, which provides karaoke, music bingo, and DJ services across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. JAM ON DJ PRODUCTIONS is responsible for the information described in this policy.
The JAM ON EVENTS app for iPhone and iPad was developed for JAM ON DJ PRODUCTIONS by Rise Studio Labs Media, LLC, which provides technical support for the app. Rise Studio Labs Media, LLC is a separate company and does not own or operate JAM ON DJ PRODUCTIONS.
We collect information when you choose to send it to us — primarily when you submit a booking or inquiry request. We do not require you to create an account to use our website or app.

Because the message and details fields are free-form, they may contain whatever you choose to include. Please send only the information needed for your request, and do not include payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.
Our website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how the site is used. Through Google Analytics, information such as the following may be collected:
Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies in your browser to distinguish between visits and sessions. We use this information to understand website traffic and page usage so we can improve the website and our services.
Google Signals and Google advertising features are currently disabled on our analytics configuration. We do not use website analytics to build advertising audiences.
This section describes our website only. It does not mean the iPhone and iPad app contains an analytics SDK — see Native App Data Practices below.
You can limit analytics collection using your browser's privacy settings, by blocking cookies, or by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.
These statements describe how the JAM ON EVENTS iPhone and iPad app currently works:
If these practices change in a future version of the app, we will update this policy and revise the Last Updated date above.
We use the information described above to:
We do not use the information you submit for targeted advertising, advertising profiling, or unrelated marketing.
We use a small number of outside providers to run our website, app, and communications. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their service to us:
Information may also be disclosed if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of JAM ON DJ PRODUCTIONS, our customers, or others.
JAM ON EVENTS does not sell your personal information.
Information collected through the iPhone and iPad app is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and is not shared for third-party advertising. The app does not ask for permission to track you, because it does not track you.
Our website analytics, described in its own section above, is separate from this and is used only to understand and improve website usage.
We keep booking and support information only as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose it was provided — for example, to respond to your request, coordinate and deliver services, keep legitimate business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet accounting, tax, contractual, or other legal obligations that apply to us.
When information is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes, we delete it or remove details that identify you. We do not set a single fixed retention period, because how long information is needed depends on the request and on our record-keeping obligations.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted to us. To make a request, email chase@jamondj.com and describe what you would like us to do.
So that we do not act on someone else's behalf by mistake, we may need to reasonably verify your identity or confirm details of the request before we act on it — for example, by replying to the email address used in the original inquiry.
In some cases we may need to keep certain records even after a deletion request, where retaining them is required by law or necessary to complete a transaction, resolve a dispute, or meet an accounting or tax obligation.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect the information we handle. Our website is served over HTTPS, and booking submissions from both the website and the app are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep that in mind when deciding what to include in a free-form message.
Our app and booking services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Some JAM ON EVENTS shows are family-friendly and open to all ages, but bookings and inquiries are intended to be made by adults. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, please contact chase@jamondj.com so we can look into it and remove it where appropriate.
Our website and app may link to other websites and services that we do not operate — for example, social media pages, mapping services, or venue websites. Those services have their own privacy policies and data practices, and this policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the policy of any third-party service you visit.
We may update this policy as our website, app, or practices change. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date shown at the top of this page, and the current version will always be posted here.
We encourage you to review this page from time to time. We may not send individual notice of every minor revision.
